Good to know.
How do I book a stay?
Choose your apartment, dates and guests above. For Dragon Fly, include any children and their ages. For Raven, include your full party; it sleeps a maximum of two guests. The form opens WhatsApp with a prepared request — simply review it and press Send. We’ll reply directly with availability, rates and the next steps. Sending a request does not confirm a reservation.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Elephants Loft: check-in from 14:00 and check-out by 11:00. Dragon Fly: check-in from 14:00 to 22:00 and check-out from 08:00 to 11:00. Please arrange your arrival time with the host in advance. Self-check-in lockbox details will be sent prior to arrival.
Which apartment should I choose?
Elephants Loft is an 85 m² one-bedroom apartment listed for up to two adults; children are not permitted under its current listing policy. Dragon Fly has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodates up to four guests and welcomes children. Raven sleeps two in a double bed and has its own private hot tub and firepit. Include your full party in your WhatsApp request.
Are the stays self-catering?
Elephants Loft and Dragon Fly have kitchen facilities and dining space, with outdoor areas for a relaxed meal. Elephants Loft has a balcony; Dragon Fly has a garden-view veranda. Ask us about Raven’s cooking facilities when booking.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed at Elephants Loft or Dragon Fly.
What about cancellations or a special request?
Please ask us on WhatsApp about cancellation terms, payment arrangements or any special requests. We’ll confirm the applicable terms with you before you commit to your stay.
